配有外筒移动拆装支架，便于拆装与维修。送料泵选用齿轮泵或气动隔膜泵，送料量调节便捷，工作性能稳定可靠。此外，卧式砂磨机无需专用安装基础，可依据需求随时变更安装位置。

The machine boasts an advanced design and adopts a closed - type continuous production mode. The product has a uniform fineness, excellent quality, and high production efficiency. Materials are processed in a closed - state condition, effectively preventing dry - crust formation and solvent volatilization. It is equipped with double - end mechanical seals, providing dual protection and achieving zero leakage. The new dynamic separation structure enables smoother discharge and reduces the number of vulnerable components.

An outer - barrel movable disassembly and assembly bracket is provided, facilitating disassembly and maintenance. The feeding pump can be selected as a gear pump or a pneumatic diaphragm pump. The feeding volume can be adjusted conveniently, and the working performance is stable and reliable. Additionally, the horizontal sand mill does not require a dedicated installation foundation and can have its installation location changed as per requirements.
